Morning Pages

Morning Pages, inspired by the amazing Julia Cameron! Her book The Artist’s Way has been a game-changer for me. The routine is simple: three pages of (stream of consciousness / could thought) writing, first thing in the morning. And repeat.

The magic happens when I keep it up for months—the effects ripple through my life long after. I get clarity, courage, and even a little fearlessness. Plus, I somehow remember my shopping lists and To Do’s (yep, those slip in between the big thoughts and deep feelings). Morning Pages keep me grounded and focused, and I’m grateful for them.
